Our Partnered laboratories and testing manufacturer comprise of medical experts and scientific pioneers with more than 35 years of experience in the field of immunodiagnostics.
The test founder worked for the leading companies in immunodiagnostics for over a decade. Together with a multidisciplinary team with years of experience in in-vitro diagnostics, he strives to improve allergy testing.
Our customers are hospitals, laboratories, and doctor's offices around the globe. The testing company is the world leader in multiplex allergy diagnostics, offering the most comprehensive test panel of allergen extracts and molecular allergens, which give a near complete picture of each customer's sensitization status.
ELISA-based IgE multiplex test of close to 300 allergens from only 1 ml of blood sample
117 extracts & 178 molecular allergens
Total IgE included
AILergy tests are solid-phase immunoassays. Allergen extracts or molecular allergens, which are coupled to nanoparticles, are deposited in a systematic fashion onto a solid phase forming a macroscopic array.
First, the particle bound allergens react with specific IgE antibodies which are present in the patient sample. After incubation, non-specific IgE is washed off. The procedure continues by adding an enzyme labelled antihuman detection antibody which forms a complex with the particle bound specific IgE. After a second washing step, substrate is added which is converted to an insoluble, colored precipitate by the antibody-bound enzyme.
Finally, the enzyme-substrate reaction is stopped by adding a blocking reagent. The amount of precipitate is proportional to the concentration of specific antibodies in the blood sample. The lab test procedure is followed by image acquisition and analysis. The test results are reported in allergen specific IgE units (kUA/l), along with the total IgE results in IgE units (kU/l).
